Terms & Conditions for the 165th Floor Giveaway
Eligibility:
- The giveaway is open to participants worldwide.
- Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
How to Enter:
- To enter, participants must:
- Share the giveaway post to their Instagram story and tag @the165thFloor.
- Follow @the165thFloor on Instagram.
- Tag at least one friend in the comments of the giveaway post.
Giveaway Period:
- The giveaway begins on 20th November 2024 and ends on 23rd November 2024 at 8:00 PM GMT.
Prize:
- One winner will receive every piece from our new drop, shipped free of charge.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
Winner Selection:
- The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
- The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
- The winner will be notified via direct message (DM) on Instagram within 72 hours of the giveaway closing.
General Terms:
- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- If the selected winner does not respond within 72 hours of being notified, they forfeit the prize, and another winner may be chosen.
