RETURNS

At 165th Floor we want every customer to be satisfied with the items they receive, but if you should need to return an item please use the guide below. We have tried to tailor our returns process to make it as hassle free as possible, but if you require any assistance with returning an item please contact our customer service team at 165thsupport@fellasstudios.com. 
 
Please Note: All information contained in our returns policy is fully compliant with the Consumer Rights Act. 2015
 
We are happy accept returns of all un-used/unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Once your item(s) are repackaged in the shipping bag provided with your order, simply post your item(s) to the address below using the courier of your choice.

    Before sending your item(s) please ensure they conform to the condition requirements listed below. Refunds are issued within 5 working days of the items being cleared (any shipping fees incurred when the order was placed or during the return of the item will not be refunded).
     
    Please Note: At this item we are unable to offer UK or International pre-paid returns labels.
     
    Condition requirements for returns
    • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
    • All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
    • If sticker hangtag is removed, return will be rejected. 

    Important: If an item is returned that has been clearly used and/or removed from packaging the return will be rejected. An invoice will be issued to the buyer for the courier fee for the return of the item(s).

     

    DELIVERY

    Import Duties: When purchasing products from 165th Floor, you are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or other fees that may be incurred when the product enters your country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.

    2.2. Customs Procedures: The payment of import duties and taxes is determined by the customs regulations of your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for information about these fees before placing an order.

    3. Delivery and Customs Clearance

    3.1. Delivery Times: Delivery times provided by 165th Floor are estimates and do not include the time required for customs clearance in your country.

    3.2. Customs Clearance: Your order may be subject to customs inspection, which could cause delays. 165th Floor is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to customs procedures.

    4. Refusal to Pay Import Duties

    4.1. Order Refusal: If you refuse to pay the required import duties and taxes, resulting in the return of the shipment to 165th Floor, you will be responsible for all associated costs, including but not limited to shipping fees and any return costs.
